He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business and Commerce from Monash University Australia, Advanced Diploma of Accounting from Victoria University, Executive Certificate in Financial Success for Non-profits from Cornell University. Certificate III in Childhood Education and Care, Certificate IV in Disability, Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, Certificate IV & Diploma in Building and Construction

Kenneth has served in the Australian Army as a Reservist where he received an Award for Courage, Initiative and Teamwork. Volunteered with the Nigerian Association of Victoria and served as Assistant Secretary and act in the Secretary role for a limited time. Kenneth has also volunteered his time through mentoring and tutoring of disadvantaged youths in the community with different non-profit organisations.

Kenneth has worked for Qantas Airways, ANZ Bank, Australian Bureau of Statistics in different roles. Kenneth currently operates his own company: EKBUU PTY LTD and is highly involved in the Childcare, Aged Care/Disability, Finance and Mortgage Broking, & Building and Construction industries. Kenneth is passion about anything Finance, Mortgage Broking, Building and Construction, Entrepreneurship, the English Premier League Team: Arsenal, and enjoys working with people from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds.
